【摘要】 目的 探讨褪黑素对癫痫发作中细胞凋亡的影响。 方法 将24只成年Wistar大鼠(180～230g)随机分为NC组、PTZ组和MT组;PTZ组和MT组腹腔注射PTZ(60mg/kg)，诱导癫痫发作，NC组腹腔注射等量生理盐水。MT组按体重10mg/kg于注射PTZ之前20min、立即、后1h、后2h分别经腹腔注射MT并观察1h，PTZ组于相同时间注射生理盐水。然后处死大鼠取脑，应用免疫组织化学的方法检测海马神经元Bax和Bcl-2蛋白的表达。 结果 大鼠海马神经元Bax的改变:PTZ组明显高于NC组，MT组明显低于PTZ组，但高于NC组:大鼠海马神经元Bcl-2的改变:PTZ组明显高于NC组，MT组明显高于PTZ组，也高于NC组。 结论 MT可以通过增强海马神经元Bcl-2的表达和降低Bax的表达而对抗癫痫中细胞的凋亡。
