【摘要】 目的 观察阿希米治疗细菌性阴道病的效果。 方法 采用对比性临床研究，对122例患有细菌性阴道病的妇女进行临床观察，将阿希米的治疗效果与目前常用的治疗细菌性阴道病的药物的疗效进行比较，比较项目包括:症状、体征、实验室检查、患者感受等。 结果 阿希米对细菌性阴道病的有效率为82.0%。阿希米对细菌性阴道病的治疗效果与常规药物比较差异无显著性，但患者对阿希米的感受优于常规药物。 结论 阿希米治疗细菌性阴道病是一种安全、有效的、无耐药性、患者易于接受的药物，值得临床推广。
