【摘要】 目的 评价经腹膜后腔行腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床价值。 方法 对本科2004年3月～2005年4月开展的11例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术进行分析。11例中6例为皮质醇腺瘤，4例为醛固酮腺瘤，1例为嗜铬细胞瘤。 结果 11例手术均获成功。手术时间60～140min，平均100min;失血量30～100ml，平均55ml，术中及术后均未输血。 结论 后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有对组织损伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点，为非嗜铬细胞瘤肾上腺良性疾病的首选方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for benign adrenal tumors.Methods From March2004to April2005，11case of benign adrenal tumors were treated with retroperitoneal laparoseopy in our hospital.There were6cases of Cushing's syndrome，4cases of aldosterone-producing adenoma and1cases of a-drenal pheochromacytoma.Results The procedure was successful in the22cases and the operation time was60～140minutes with a mean of100minutes;there was no need for blood transfusion with the blood loss ranging from30to100ml.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy is a procedure with microinvasiveness ......
