【摘要】 目的 探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗IOL前膜的效果。方法 回顾性分析96例100眼用Nd:YAG激光治疗的病例，并记录视力、眼压和并发症的发生情况。结果 所有病例均成功击碎IOL前膜，并完全吸收，治愈率100%。部分病例眼压一过性升高。结论 Nd:YAG激光治疗IOL前膜简单、安全、疗效肯定，并发症少，值得临床推广。

    Nd:YAG laser for anterior surface of intraocular lens

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy of Nd:YAG laser in treating the anterior fibrinous membrane of anterior surface of intraocular lens.Methods Capsulotomies were performed with Nd:YAG laser for the treatment of anterior fibrinous membrane in 96 patients(100 eyes).The changes of visual acuity,intraocular pressure and complication were recorded and analyzed.Patients were followed up for 2-3 month.Results It is broken completely in all cases for the anterior fibrinous membrane of anterior surface of intraocula lens.Intraocular pressure increased after laser treatment for a short time in some patients.Conclusion Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy for anterior fibrinous membrane of anterior surface of intraocular lens is easy to perform,safe,effective,and has less complication. ......
