【摘要】 目的 比较开窗术和剜除术治疗下颌大型颌骨囊肿的手术效果。 方法 分别应用开窗术和剜除术治疗位于下颌骨的大型颌骨囊肿病例，通过病历资料分析和术后复诊，比较患者的手术相关情况和术后恢复情况。 结果 平均手术时间，开窗术组(21±11)min短于剜除术组(74±18)min(t=-11.6688，P=0.0000);开窗术组的术后并发症少于剜除术组。 结论 开窗术治疗下颌大型颌骨囊肿较剜除术创伤小，值得在临床上推广。
