【摘要】 目的 探讨牙再植术治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床效果。 方法 对100颗经临床常规治疗无治愈希望的难治性根尖周炎患牙，行即刻牙再植术。 结果 经5～15年观察，难治性根尖周炎采用牙再植术治疗后的总临床成功率为89.00%，不同术前患牙病情和离体牙处理各组之间疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 对难治性根尖周炎开展牙再植术治疗，可以挽救许多治疗无希望的患牙。
