【摘要】

    目的 探讨基层医院开展腹腔镜手术的培训方法。

    方法 回顾分析培训及成功应用腹腔镜进行胆囊、阑尾切除术及卵巢囊肿切除术患者的临床资料。

    结果 45例中41例成功行腹腔镜手术，中转开腹4例，6例放置腹腔引流管，1例出现脐部戳口感染，出血量最多65ml，最少3ml，手术时间平均38min，平均住院5天。

    结论 逐步、有计划的培训是基层医院顺利开展腹腔镜手术的保证。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the training method of performing laparoscopic surgery in grass root hospital.

    Methods Clinical data of raining and successfully perform laparoscopic operation included cholecystectomy,appendectomy and ovarian cystectomy was analyzed retrospectively.

    Results 41 cases were successfully laparoscopic surgery,4 cases were converted to open operation,6 cases were put flowing tubes,1 case had umbilical infection,the amount of bleeding was from 65 to 3ml,average operation time was 38min,mean hospital stay 5 days.

    Conclusion Progressively and planed training is the assurance of successfully perform laparoscopic surgery in grass root hospital.
