【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病视网膜病变发病的相关因素。方法 对500例2型糖尿病患者检查眼底及眼底荧光血管造影、血压、血糖、HbA1C、BUN、Cr、β2-MG。结果 DR在本组病例中发生率为49%，发生率与性别无关；与病程有关，病程少于5年(A组)，5～10年(B组)和10年以上(C组)的发生率分别为11.1%、46.6%、53.4%，A组与B、C两组间发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05)，B、C两组间差异无显著性。2型糖尿病伴高血压患者DR发生率70%，与不伴高血压者发生率为41%比较，DR发生率差异有显著性；血BUN、Cr含量升高DR发生率显著高于正常者。结论 病程长、血糖控制不佳、血压高是发生DR的高危因素。若伴肾脏并发症则揭示DR发病可能。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into factors related to the type2 diabetic retinopathy.Methods We examined the ocular fundus,the vasography of the ocular fundus,the blood pressure,the blood sugar,the blood HbA1C,BUN,Cr,β2-MG of 500 patients who have suffered from the type 2 diabetes.Results We found in this investigation that the rate of the retinopathy which was not related to the sex,but to the course of disease was 49%.When the course of disease was less than 5 years (A team),5～10 years (B team) and more than 10 years (C team),the rate was 11.1%,46.6% and 53.4%.The difference between A and B or C team was significant,and not significant difference between B and C team.When the patients have suffered both type 2 diabetes and hypertension,the rate came up to 70%.Compared with the rate of 41% in the subjects without the hypertension,the difference of rate of the diabetic retinopathy was significant.When the content of BUN,Cr rose,the rate was also higher than that of normal.Conclusion The high risk factors for DR include the long course of disease,the bad control of blood sugar and hypertension.The patients who are accompanying the complication of kidney are apt to DR. ......
