【摘要】 目的 探讨清咽补脾肾法对儿童IgA肾病的保护疗效。 方法 观察治疗前后IgA肾病儿童临床症状、血生化、尿常规及免疫学变化。 结果 清咽补脾肾法治疗后临床症状减轻或消失，蛋白减少，血尿消失。结论 儿童IgA肾病以咽、脾、肾为主，清咽兼祛外邪，补脾肾治其根本，标本兼治是治疗取效的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for clearing pharynx and tonifying the spleen and kidney on children's IgA nephropathy.Methods The change of clinic symptoms，hemodialysis，urinalysis and immunity of children with nephropathy after the cure.Results After the cure，the clinic symptoms were alleviated or vanished，albumin decreased，hematuria vanished.Conclusion Children's IgA nephropathy is mainly centered on pharynx spleen and kidney.Clearing pharynx might exorcize evil spirits ......
