【摘要】 目的 探讨髁钢板与Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的适应证和疗效。 方法 回顾性分析50例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料，其中髁钢板组20例，Gamma钉组30例，对切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、生物力学特征、并发症及关节功能恢复情况等进行比较。 结果 两组优良率达100%。Gamma钉具有切口小、创伤小、术中出血少等优点。 结论 正确掌握好手术操作要领及良好的围手术期管理，两种方法均可取得良好的临床效果。

    Analysis of comparing between Gamma locking nail and condylar plate in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the indication and curative effect of treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture(FIF)with condylar plate or Gamma locking nail.Methods The clinical data of50patients treated by condy-lar plate(20patients)and Gamma locking nail(30patients)retrospectively were studied.Results All fractures were healed up with satisfactory joint function.Excellent and good rates were100%.Conclusion Surgical skills and cor-rect preoperative management are the key factors to assure surgical outcome. ......
