【摘要】 目的 探讨道路交通事故致重症多发伤复合伤病人的急救与治疗。 方法 回顾分析了我院1997年10月～2004年10月7年间我院649例道路交通事故致重症多发伤复合伤病人的救治经过方法及结果。 结果 649例中647例满意出院，2例死亡。 结论 建立一个自上而下的急救网络是抢救成功的前提，首诊急救医师对伤者要有一科学判定并集中力量现场抢救致命伤，优先抢救“急、危、重”伤员，密切观察和有效处理多发伤。
