【摘要】 目的 考察血糖安中V 5+ 的含量测定方法。 方法 采用分光光度法，根据钒(V 5+ )与吡啶-(2-偶氮-4)雷锁辛(PAR)在过氧化氢存在下形成的1:1:1络合物在540nm处有最大吸收峰，确定含量测定的试验条件。 结果 钒离子浓度在0.4～2.4μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律，线性关系良好，r=0.99939，方法回收率98%。 结论 分光光度法测定V 5+ 浓度，方法简便，重现性好，能有效控制该制剂的质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the content assay method of V 5+ in Xuetangan tablet and investigate the solubility of Xuetangan tablet.Methods UV method was used to determine the V 5+ content.Results The linear range was from0.4μg/ml to2.4ug/ml;The correlation efficiency was0.99939;The average recovery rate of the method was98%.Conclusion The results showed that this method was simple，reliable and could be easily reproduced.It was effective to control the preparation quality.
