【摘要】 目的 观察α-1b干扰素(运德素)应用于治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效，探讨秋季腹泻治疗的新措施。 方法 将60例秋季腹泻病例随机分成两组，对照组予以一般治疗(口服思密达、整肠生、口服补液盐)，治疗组在一般治疗基础上，加用α-1b干扰素6～10μg肌注，连用3天，观察两组的病情变化。 结果 治疗组与对照组止泻时间分别为(2.81±1.51)天和(4.61±1.01)天(P<0.05)，两组比较差异有显著性。 结论 α-1b干扰素治疗秋季腹泻，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

    Observation on curative effect of interferon-alpha-1b in treatment of child autumn diarrhea

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of interferon-alpha-1b in treatment of children au-tumn diarrhea.Methods 60children patients with autumn diarrhea were divided into2groups randomly.The com-pare group was treated generally.The treatment group was treated with intramuscular injection interferon-alpha-1b6～10μg qd.Results Duration of the treatment group was shorter than compare group(P<0.05).Conclusion In-terferon-alpha-1b is effective in treatment of child autumn diarrhea.
