【摘要】 目的 观察使用三种中草药牙膏和普通牙膏刷牙对口腔口气值的影响。 方法 40名受试者按照所用牙膏的不同分成三个中草药牙膏组、一个普通牙膏组和不使用牙膏组，用硫化物监控仪Halimeter检测刷牙前后口气值的变化情况。 结果 三个中草药牙膏组和普通牙膏组刷牙后的口气值都显著降低(P<0.05)，且中草药组与普通牙膏组之间差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 中草药牙膏的抑菌作用在短时间内使口气的产生受到一定抑制，从而在理论上具备了辅助治疗口气的功效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of three Chinese herb dentifrices on production of volatile sulfur compounds(VSC)in human mouth air.Methods 40subjects were divided into5groups，including3test groups and2control groups.The level of VSC in mouth air before and after tooth brushing was measured with a portable sulfide monitor Halimeter.Results Brushing with dentifrice made a significant reduction in VSC level(P<0.05).Chinese herb dentifrices have a greater effect than normal dentifrice(P<0.05).Conclusion The antibacterial ability of Chi-nese herb dentifrices inhibited the production of volatile sulfur compounds in mouth air ......
