【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析小儿病毒性脑炎临床资料，探讨与预后相关的因素。 方法 对1998～2004年山东省阳谷县人民医院和阳谷县妇幼保健站收治的152例病毒性脑炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，寻找影响预后的相关因素。 结果 预后差的患儿意识障碍时间、发热时间、惊厥发作时间均明显长于预后好的患儿(P<0.01)，预后差的患儿入院时多伴有惊厥、意识障碍、肢体运动障碍、脑神经麻痹及其他脏器功能损害，预后差的患儿脑脊液白细胞低于预后好的患儿(P<0.01)，脑电图高度异常的比例高(P<0.01)，多伴有脑CT异常(P<0.01)及低钠血症(P<0.01)。 结论 小儿病毒性脑炎预后差的相关因素为:意识障碍、发热、惊厥时间长，脑脊液白细胞低及低钠血症。
