【摘要】 目的 验证虫草补气益肾汤对糖尿病患者腰膝酸痛、神疲乏力、精神不振症状的控制及减少患者24h尿蛋白的排出。 方法 选择已确诊为糖尿病的患者，糖尿病控制选用诺和灵30R治疗3个月以上，从中选取24h尿蛋白定量>80mg且有腰膝酸痛、神疲乏力、精神不振症状者100例，随机分为两组，在胰岛素治疗的基础上，治疗组选用虫草补气益肾汤治疗50例，对照组50例不加其他药物。监测肝功能。 结果 两组治疗后比较24h尿蛋白定量指标差异有显著性，两组血肌酐、尿素氮治疗前后差异无显著性，治疗后治疗组的临床症状、腰膝酸痛、神疲乏力、精神不振，较对照组有明显改善。两组治疗后肝功能未受影响。 结论 本研究证实虫草补气益肾汤能有效控制糖尿病患者腰膝酸痛、神疲乏力、精神不振症状并减少患者24h尿蛋白的排出，未见明显毒副作用。
