【摘要】目的观察通心络治疗血流速度异常的52例偏头痛病例的临床疗效。方法经头颅TCD检测证实的血流速度异常的偏头痛患者，口服通心络每次4粒，每日3次，疗程4周。结果治疗偏头痛总有效率90.4%，平均MCA脑血流速度(Vm)较正常人均值(Vm)下降142.2%。结论通心络胶囊能明显改善大脑血流动力学状况，适用于非特异性原因引起的血管痉挛性偏头痛的治疗。

    Examination of TCD and effect of Tongxinluo treatment on migrainous headache

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study clinical effect of Tongxinluo on 52 patients who suffered from migrainous headache with Tongxinluo capsule.MethodsMigrainous headache patients detected by TCD to confirm velocity of blood flow abnormal were treated with Tongxinluo four tablets，po tid.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.ResultsThe total effect percentage of Tongxinluo on migrainous headache was 90.4%.The average blood flow velocity was lowed by 142.2%.ConclusionTongxinluo could improve hemodynamics.It could be for treatmeant of migrainous headache caused by no-specific factors.
