【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)术后并发症、预防措施及手术指征问题。 方法 2003年8月～2004年10月对253例宫颈疾病患者进行治疗，对其疗效及并发症问题做回顾性分析。 结果 20例LEEP标本病理较阴道镜病理升高1～2级(7.90%)，22例LEEP标本病理较阴道镜病理报告减轻1～2级。术中出血>10ml5例;术后1个月内出血240例，占94.86%，术后3个月后接触性出血4例，占1.58%;宫颈创面感染14例，占5.53%;慢性盆腔疼痛18例，占7.11%，子宫颈狭窄3例，占1.19%。对253例患者的术后随访均获得满意疗效，切缘未见宫颈上皮内瘤样病变复发。 结论 正确处理和减少并发症，正确掌握手术指征，LEEP治疗宫颈疾病才能取得满意疗效。
