【摘要】 目的 探讨高血压脑出血患者经微创血肿清除术后的治疗和护理效果。 方法 对49例高血压脑出血患者采取微创手术治疗，术后做好密切的病情观察，加强各种管道的护理，积极防治各种并发症，并给予康复护理和出院指导。 结果 术后存活46例，死亡3例。获随访42例，按GCS评分，良好19例，中残但生活能自理12例，重残、意识清醒但生活不能自理5例，植物生存3例，死亡3例，即本组优良比例31/49，死亡比例6/49。 结论 高血压脑出血经微创手术治疗后术后护理是关键。通过密切的病情观察，精心、细致的护理将使治疗达到良好的效果。
