【摘要】目的探讨内皮依赖性血管舒张功能和血浆内皮素(ET)浓度在轻、中度高血压病中的变化及其相互关系。方法采用高分辨率超声技术，对21例轻、中度高血压病患者与21例正常对照者的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能进行检测，同时测定血浆ET水平。结果高血压病组反应性充血性肱动脉舒张率较对照组明显减弱(P<0.001)，而二组对硝酸甘油的反应差异无显著性(P>0.05)。在高血压病组血浆ET水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压病患者存在内皮依赖性血管舒张功能障碍，并有血浆ET水平升高，将高分辨率B超技术检测内皮依赖性血管舒张功能和血浆ET水平测定结合起来，分析可能有利于对高血压病患者病情的判断和抗高血压药物疗效的评估。

    Changes of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function and endothelin in patients with essential hypertension

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the changes of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation，plasma levels of endothlin(ET) as well as the inter-relationships between them.Methods21 patients with hypertension and 21 controls were measured the endothelium-dependent vasodilatation and plasma levels of ET.ResultsThe results showed that endothelium-dependent vasodilatation of patients with essential hypertension was much reduced in comparison with that of control group(P<0.001).Plasma levels of ET in patients with essential hypertension was significantly higher than those of control group.ConclusionOur findings support that endothelium-dependent vasodilatation is impaired and plasma ET is increased in patients with essential hypertension.Combined measurement of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function and plasma concentrations of ET is possibly helpful to evalue both hypertension prognosis and anti-hypertension drug effect. ......
