【摘要】 目的 通过对迷宫射频消融术术后患者的监护，及时发现病情变化，让患者安全度过危险期，尽早康复。 方法 术后严密地监护心率、心律的变化以及对使用可达龙的观察，对使用心外膜起搏器的监护及时发现心律失常。加强胸部引流管的护理，精确计算出入量，加强呼吸道护理等。 结果 有1例发生瓣膜故障，其余患者无心包填塞等并发症，均顺利出院。 结论 通过对术后患者的严密监护及护理，可以及时发现病情变化，让患者安全度过危险期，尽早康复。
