【摘要】 目的 探讨一种新的无捆绑、无粘贴技术的监测方法，同时也是为了用于对睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病的初筛检查，也为进一步开展小区级网络监测提供一种思路。 方法 在分析基于枕垫监测睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病方法思路的基础上描述了以ADuC814处理器为核心的整个监测系统的构成，并对采集的数据加以分析，给出了基线调整和睡眠呼吸暂停分段算法。 结果 本研究可以用于监测睡眠呼吸暂停的监测。 结论 对于枕垫的结构还需要进一步完善，以便能实用化。对于现有算法的科学性仍需进一步验证。需要临床数据进一步验证。需要进一步考虑体位的判断问题。
