【摘要】 目的 探讨克隆东亚钳蝎Na + 通道毒素基因，并对其进行研究分析。 方法 参考已知蝎Na + 通道毒素基因设计引物，利用RT-PCR方法，以东亚钳蝎毒腺的mRNA为模板进行PCR克隆。利用生物软件和生物信息网络分析该基因及其编码的蛋白质。 结果 得到一个新的Na + 通道毒素基因BmK-A。 结论 分析编码蛋白质的特点，认为BmK-A为一个Na + 通道α-毒素基因。关键词 东亚钳蝎 RT-PCR Na + 通道毒素
