【摘要】 目的 提高聘用制护士的整体素质。 方法 科室采取了岗前培训、具体工作安排、培养其科学意识、推动学科发展等一系列具体措施。 结果 提高了护理质量，取得了一定的管理经验。 结论 加强聘用护士综合能力培养势在必行。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the whole diathesis of employed nurses.Methods The department took some measures，such as training before post，particular working to improve their scientific ideology，advancing the de-partment's developing etc.Results The quality of nursing has been improved，and we acquired some experience for controlling.Conclusion It is necessary to improve comprehensive competence of the employed nurses.
