【摘要】 目的 观察紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗晚期乳腺癌患者的临床疗效及毒副反应。 方法 35例经病理或细胞学证实的晚期乳腺癌患者，采用紫杉醇(160mg/m 2 d1静滴3h)和表阿霉素(40mg/m 2 d1、2静滴)治疗，3周为一个化疗周期。 结果 35例患者中CR3例，PR15例，总有效率(CR+PR)66.7%。主要的毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应。 结论 紫杉醇联合表阿霉素治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效确切，且毒性可以耐受。
