【摘要】 目的 介绍经腹腔镜疝内口关闭术在小儿腹股沟斜疝中的应用。 方法 使用腹腔镜配合改进的微型腹腔镜抓钳和自制的钩针荷包缝合关闭内环口治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝25例。 结果 本手术方法的切口和创伤小，手术操作简单，手术时间短，恢复快，术后无需缝线、瘢痕小，无复发。 结论 本手术方法较之传统的小儿斜疝手术方法有较多的优点，值得临床推广。
