【摘要】 目的 探讨细胞凋亡相关基因bax、Fas、FasL在银屑病发病中的作用及意义。 方法 采用免疫组化SABC法检测这几种基因在银屑病组织中的表达。 结果 在银屑病的角质形成细胞中,发现促凋亡基因Fas、bax阳性表达。 结论 促凋亡基因Fas、bax在银屑病的发病中起重要作用。银屑病皮损中角质形成细胞凋亡增多是针对细胞过度增殖的一种内在保持稳态的机制,可能与bax、Fas及FasL等凋亡相关分子的异常表达有关。关键词 银屑病 细胞凋亡 bax Fas FasL

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the importance of the apoptotic related gene bax,Fas,FasL in pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods These genes were detected in psoriasis patients by using immunohistochemical staining SABC meth-ods.Results We found the promoting apoptosis gene fas and bax revealed positive reactivities result in keratinocytes of psoriasis.Conclusion It is indicated that the promoting apoptosis gene Fas and baxwere very important in the pathogen-esis of psoriasis.The increase of apoptotic keratinocytes was possibly one kind of internal homeostatic mechanism against the hyperplasia of epidermal cells ......
