【摘要】 目的 探讨胃癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)与细胞凋亡的关系。 方法 应用TUNEL原位细胞凋亡检测方法和免疫组织化学染色方法对81例胃癌进行了细胞凋亡与MVD检测。 结果 高中分化腺癌的MVD最低，而低分化腺癌的MVD最高。胃癌组织中的微血管密度与胃癌细胞的凋亡呈负相关。 结论 肿瘤组织中凋亡细胞的发生率明显受瘤组织内新生血管程度的影响，新血管的形成可以降低凋亡细胞的发生率。
