【摘要】 目的 介绍一种治疗小阴唇肥大的手术方法。 方法 采用弧形双蒂瓣法行小阴唇整形术，保留小阴唇边缘，以小阴唇上、下部为蒂，去除小阴唇中部一全层组织，形成一弧形双蒂组织瓣，缝合肌层后用医用粘涂ZT胶粘合切口。 结果 本组36例(62侧)，术后伤口一期愈合，局部无感觉异常，外阴形态满意。 结论 弧形双蒂瓣小阴唇整形术具有术后伤口愈合良好，瘢痕隐蔽不明显，感觉正常，外阴形态佳等优点，是治疗小阴唇肥大的较理想方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a procedure of nympholepsy.Methods With the central part of the nympha excised，the hem preserved，the superior and lower part of the nympha served as flap pedicles，a double pedi-cles arc-shaped flap was elevated.The incision was conglutinated by ZT glue after the muscular layer sutured.Re-sults 36cases(62sides)were cured by this method with satisfying results.The incisions healed well;and the sense of the nympha were all normal.All of them were satisfied with vulvae shape.Conclusion The double pedicle arc-shaped flap nympholepsy is an ideal method for its well healing ......
