【摘要】 目的 了解电话随访对出院首发精神分裂症患者的遵医行为及疗效巩固的影响。 方法 将80例出院首发精神分裂症患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。通过电话随访形式对观察组进行每月1次，维持1年的康复指导及心理辅导;对照组应用常规护理方法。1年后对两组患者的遵医行为(按时按量服药、按时复诊)、复发率、患者及家属满意度等进行调查。 结果 两组患者在遵医行为、复发率、患者及家属满意度方面差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 对出院首发精神分裂症患者实行电话随访，可提高患者的遵医行为，大大降低其复发率，巩固了首发精神分裂症患者的疗效。
