【摘要】 医院作为无形资产占高比重的科技密集型行业，如何运用产业经济的思路，对医院无形资产进行科学管理、开发、经营，是提升医院整体实力和综合竞争力的重要课题。本文试通过揭示医院无形资产的构成和特征，及其对医院价值创造所起的作用和方式;进一步阐述无形资产的投资、收益、成本控制和管理体系的建立，为医院产权制度和经营模式改革提供参考。

    【Abstract】 Howto manage and develop the invisible assets，are the important topic for promoting the efficiency and competitive strength of the hospital，as the technology intensive model vocation with hyperbaric invisible assets.The author tries to reveal the composition and character and effects for hospital value invention of the hospital invisible assets，explain the investment-profit and cost-control and management system set-up of invisible assets.It would be provided the reference for the reform of the hospital property right and run mode.
