【摘要】 目的 调查护理人员职业防护的现状，探讨有效的干预措施，提高职业暴露防护能力。 方法 对222名护理人员进行问卷调查，内容包括一般资料、护理操作过程中戴手套情况、针刺伤情况、职业防护知识知晓率等。 结果 护理操作过程中戴手套的防护意识差;针刺伤率高达81.08%，而刺伤后进行血液检测率相当低，为11.04%;曾经轮转感染科的护士职业防护基本知识知晓率高于未轮转感染科的护士(P<0.01)。 结论 护理人员的职业防护意识淡漠，应加强职业安全教育及培训，要特别重视感染科的轮科。
