【摘要】 目的 探讨复方活络健骨胶囊(HJC)治疗坐骨神经痛的有效性及安全性。 方法 将58例坐骨神经痛患者随机分为2组。治疗组38例(服HJC)，对照组20例(服双氯芬酸钠肠溶片)，观察两组的疗效及毒副反应。疗程结束后，对两组有效病例随访6个月，比较两组复发率。 结果 (1)治疗组与对照组总有效率分别94.7%和60%(P<0.01)，治疗组与对照组复发率分别为16.7%和83.3%(P<0.01)。(2)毒副反应:治疗组部分病例有头晕、颈背肌肉僵硬感，血液、心、肝、肾等方面未见明显毒副反应。对照组主要有消化道的反应。 结论 复方活络健骨胶囊治疗坐骨神经痛疗效好，治愈率高，复发率低。在规定剂量下无明显毒副反应。
