【摘要】 目的 研究不同DNA干系倍体鼻咽癌细胞核的增殖活性。 方法 鼻咽癌归档病例37例，要求每个病例包括正常鼻咽上皮组织和三个癌巢或肿瘤组织区域，免疫组化SP法进行PCNA与Ki-67染色，TIGER细胞图像分析仪分别检测每个癌巢或肿瘤区域的PCNA、Ki-67阳性表达率与DNA干系倍体。 结果 同一癌巢或肿瘤区域的DNA干系二倍体的PCNA与Ki-67阳性表达率与DNA干系异倍体相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 不同DNA干系倍体鼻咽癌的细胞增殖活性相同。
