【摘要】 目的 探讨卵巢癌患者接受保留生育功能的保守性手术后化疗对卵巢功能的影响。 方法 年轻卵巢癌Ⅰ期患者，观察行保守手术后化疗对其月经及血清性激素水平变化的影响。 结果 25例患者中22例出现月经异常(88%)，其中20例发生停经(80%)，2例为月经减少(8%)。发生停经的患者化疗结束后月经恢复，月经恢复时间在化疗结束后2个月左右。停经期间，血清黄体生成素(LH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)明显升高，雌二醇(E 2 )明显降低;雄、孕激素无明显变化。 结论 年轻妇女患卵巢癌行保守性手术后化疗，可发生卵巢功能损害，卵巢功能损害表现为血清促性腺激素浓度升高，雌激素水平降低，停经或月经减少。化疗导致的停经是可逆的。
