【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者血液中血脂变化与本病的发病和病情严重程度的关系。 方法 采用放射免疫法及血生化分析仪测定121例不同组别妊高征患者与非妊高征组中正常孕妇各项血脂水平。 结果 妊高征组患者的TG(甘油三酯)、TC(胆固醇)均高于非妊高征组，呈上升趋势，但差异无显著性，而HDL-C则明显降低(P<0.05)，差异有显著性，且LDL-C与LP(a)在妊高征组较非妊高征组明显升高，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，且呈正相关。 结论 血脂水平及代谢的改变反映了妊高征患者体内存在着脂质代谢紊乱。
