【摘要】 目的 总结和探讨医院内感染的发病相关因素，查找分析感染的原因，以便采取切实可行的防治措施，降低医院内感染发生率。方法 对我院儿科2001～2003年度出院患儿发生的医院内感染，采取整体回顾性调查。 结果 6018例住院患儿中发生医院内感染285例，感染率平均为4.73%。感染部位最多见于呼吸系统感染，医院内感染患儿平均住院天数明显增多，滥用抗菌药现象普遍。 结论 儿科病房污染严重，不严格执行消毒隔离制度，滥用抗菌药是造成医院内感染最常见原因。
