【摘要】 目的 评价应用移动式多位相介入放射防护装置5年后的防护效果。 方法 对从事介入治疗工作的放射工作人员进行健康监护。 结果 染色体畸变率逐年下降，白细胞总数、白细胞分类计数、血小板均在正常值范围内，眼晶状体检查未见异常。 结论 自行设计的移动式多位相介入放射防护体，有效降低从事介入放射工作人员所受辐射剂量，有效延长工作人员从事介入放射实践的工作时间，有效保护放射工作人员身体健康，防护效果显著。
