疱疹灵,,疱疹灵；镇痛；止痒；抗感染,1实验材料,2方法与结果,3结论
【摘要】 目的 观察疱疹灵的镇痛、止痒和抗感染作用。方法 采用醋酸致小鼠扭体法及小鼠甲醛伤害法评价疱疹灵的镇痛作用及对痒痛反应的影响；以磷酸组胺悬滴刺激豚鼠破损后足背方法，观察本品的抗局部伤害作用；采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀方法，探讨本品的消肿抗感染作用。结果 疱疹灵明显降低醋酸致小鼠扭体次数，减少小鼠因甲醛伤害舔咬后足及阴器的时间；本品明显降低所用磷酸组胺总量，提高豚鼠致痒阈；4倍于临床用量的疱疹灵还有一定的改善二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀作用。结论 疱疹灵具有明显的镇痛、止痒作用，同时还具有一定的抗感染作用，皮肤局部用药后，有利于疱疹性疾病疼痛、刺痒等症状的改善。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of abirritation,relieving itching and anti-inflammation on Paozhenling.Methods Effects of Paozhenling on abirritation was tested by using of ache model caused by acetic acid or formaldehyde in mice.The method of giving hanging drop of histamine phosphate on dorsum of foot in guinea pig was used to investigate anti-injury effect of Paozhenling. Anti-inflammation effect was determined by using of auricle tumefaction mice caused by dimethylbenzene.Results Paozhenling obviously decreased the quantity of body wrest caused by acetic acid and the time of biting at foot caused by formaldehyde in mice. It significantly mitigated the amount of the histamine phosphate and run up the threshold of itch in guinea pig. Four times of clinical dosage of Paozhenling also could decrease the degree of auricle tumefaction in mice in a certain extent.Conclusion These results showed that Paozhenling had evident abirritation ......
