【摘要】 目的 探讨同指带指神经血管蒂顺行岛状皮瓣移位修复指腹缺损的手术效果。 方法 采用同指带指神经血管蒂顺行岛状皮瓣移位修复指腹缺损30例32指。 结果 30例32块皮瓣全部成活。随访2～8个月。皮瓣质地好，外形满意，两点分辨觉7～10mm，手指活动功能良好。 结论 同指带指神经血管蒂顺行背侧方岛状皮瓣移位，手术方法简单，安全，效果满意，是修复指腹缺损的一种较好的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of using neurovascular island flap from the same finger for pulp defect.Methods Since November2003，transfer of neurovascular island flap from the same finger was done in30cases(32fingers)to repair defect of thumb and finger pulp.Results All the32transfered flaps survived.The pe-riod of follow-up ranged from2to8months.The flaps had good appearance and texture.2-point discrimination was7～10mm.Good finger motion was obtained.Conclusion Transfer of neurovascular island flap from the same finger offers a sensational skin flap for reconstruction of finger pulp defect.The technique is simple ......
