【摘要】 目的 探讨造血干细胞移植患者颈内静脉穿刺置管的操作方法、并发症防治及其临床应用价值。 方法 对37例接受造血干细胞移植手术的患者行颈内静脉穿刺置管，观察置管的成功率、时间以及并发症。 结果 37例患者经右侧颈内静脉穿刺置管均成功，导管放置时间13～122天，平均51天。1例导管脱落，2例导管部分阻塞。 结论 熟悉颈内静脉解剖位置和正确操作是置管成功的关键，全环境保护、精心护理是预防导管感染、阻塞、脱落的保证;颈内静脉穿刺置管对造血干细胞移植的成功具有重要意义。
