摘要:目的 分析莆田市实施世行贷款/英国赠款中国结核病控制项目3年效果，为项目在莆田的可持续发展提供成功模式。 方法 收集并分析2002～2004项目报表及有关资料。 结果 项目在莆田实施3年来，登记活动性病人5704例，涂阳肺结核3270例，其中初治涂阳2442例，复治涂阳828例，涂阳病人新登记率36.12/10万，1年治疗转归率为90.6%。 结论 项目实施效果明显，达到高发现率和高治愈率的目标。
