摘要:目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。 方法 采用免疫组织化学技术对23例子宫内膜癌及26例正常绝经期子宫内膜中PCNA表达水平进行检测。每例切片3张，厚度4μm，分别进行HE染色及PCNA测定。 结果 PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的表达明显高于正常绝经期子宫内膜(P<0.01)，与子宫内膜癌组织学分级和手术分期相关。 结论 PCNA的表达与子宫内膜癌的生物学行为有关，PCNA指数可作为预测子宫内膜癌预后的指标。

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions and effect of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in human endome-trial carcinoma.
