【摘要】 目的 小腿后侧逆行筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣移植修复小腿和足踝部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 对14例小腿和足踝部骨关节、肌腱及内固定物外露的患者行小腿后侧逆行筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣局部转移修复术，皮瓣面积最大15cm×10cm，最小7cm×5cm。结果 临床应用14例，13例全部成活，1例部分坏死，随访3~6个月，皮瓣质地及外观均满意。结论 小腿后侧逆行筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣成活率高，取材方便，操作简单，外形美观，不牺牲小腿主干血管，是修复小腿和足踝部软组织缺损的理想皮瓣。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of repairing soft tissue defects in cnemis,ankle and foot with reversed sural posterior fasciocutaneous island flaps. Methods 14 cases of soft tissue defects in cnemis,ankles and feet were repaired with reversed sural posterior fasciocutaneous island flaps. The sizes of the flap ranged from 7cm×5cm to 15cm×10cm. Results 13 flaps survived except one which had partial necrosis.They were followed up from 3 months to 6 months. The flaps were fine both quality and appearance. Conclusion It is a convenient,simple and reliable method to repair soft tissue defects in cnemis,ankle and foot with reversed sural posterior fasciocutaneous island flaps,without sacrifice of major arteries,high survival rate and beautiful outlook form of skin flaps. ......
