自体角膜缘联合羊膜移植治疗角膜缘障碍性眼表疾病

【摘要】 目的 评价自体角膜缘移植联合羊膜移植治疗角膜缘障碍性眼表疾病的临床疗效。方法 对单眼重度碱烧伤、热烧伤、蚕蚀性角膜溃疡等共计31例有角膜缘功能障碍的重症眼表疾病行自体角膜缘移植联合羊膜移植术。结果 术后观察12～36个月，29例获得稳定的眼表上皮，视力不同程度提高；2例角膜缘植片因缺血溶解，以角膜血管化告终。结论 自体角膜缘联合羊膜移植可有效治疗单眼角膜缘功能障碍性眼表疾病。【关键词】 眼表疾病；角膜缘；羊膜；移植
Transplantation of limbal autograft with amniotic membrane for ocular surface diseases with corneal limbal dysfunction

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment efficiency of limbal autograft with amniotic membrane transplantation for ocular surface diseases with corneal limbal dysfunction.Methods Transplantations of limbal autograft with amniotic membrane were performed for 31patients(31 eyes) of unilateral ocular surface diseases with corneal limbal dysfunction,such as alkali burns,thermal burns and Moorens ulcers etc.Results Followed up for a period of 12～36 months after operation,29 patients achieved persistent ocular surface reconstruction and improved visual acuity.On other 2 patients the autograft limbal dissolved since blood flow had been blocked,and neovascularization appeared in the end.Conclusion Transplantation of limbal autograft with amniotic membrane is an effective therapy for ocular surface disease with corneal limbal dysfunction. ......
