【摘要】 目的 通过对食管带膜支架术后患者并发症的循证护理，采取有效的干预措施，以减少并发症的发生，提高患者术后的生活质量，寻求一种新的护理途径。方法 通过对20例食管带膜支架置入术后患者现存及潜在并发症的临床评估，应用循证护理的概念和实施步骤加以具体指导，制定干预措施。结果 20例患者经过有效的支架置入，循证护理的干预，吞咽困难症状明显好转，治疗近期有效率100%，并发症发生率降低。结论 循证护理改变了临床护士以往以经验和感觉为主的习惯和行为，运用可利用的最适宜的护理研究依据，根据护理人员的个人技能和临床经验，结合患者的实际情况、价值观和愿望，对支架置入术患者采取最佳的护理措施，提高了支架置入的成功率，降低并发症的发生率。同时，促使护士主动学习，促进专业知识的更新，从而提高护理质量。

    Evidence based nursing for the complication of membrane-covered esophageal stent in treatment of patients with malignant esophageal strictures

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence based nursing which was applied to the complication of membrane-covered esophageal stent in the treatment of patients with malignant esophageal strictures.Methods After clinical evaluation evidence based nursing was applied to the complication of the patients with malignant esophageal strictures.Results For evidence based nursing, the degree of dysplogia was reduced and the successful rate of the treatment was 100%.The rate of serious stent-related complications in all patients was considerably relieved.Conclusion Evidence based nursing is effective in the treatment of patients with malignant esophageal strictures, meanwhile it is helpful to promote a better understanding of nursing. ......
