【摘要】 目的 了解微小生物感染对女性生殖道炎症的影响程度。 方法 常规方法取白带后，胃蛋白酶消化上皮细胞膜镜检观察100个上皮细胞的百分率。 结果 122份白带标本中微小生物体的感染率为100%，上皮细胞被感染率为10%～100%。 结论 通过对122份标本的观察分析，诊断为阴道炎的病人上皮细胞感染率高于一般查体者的上皮细胞感染率。
