【摘要】 目的 了解胶质细胞瘤中p16和PCNA表达概况，探寻p16和PCNA在胶质细胞瘤及正常脑组织中的表达差异，初步分析其临床意义。方法 通过免疫组织化学法检测胶质细胞瘤及正常脑组织中基因p16和PCNA的表达。结果 胶质细胞瘤组织中p16的阳性表达率为52.5%，正常脑组织中p16的阳性表达率为100%，两者比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。p16的阳性表达与胶质细胞瘤分化有关(P<0.01)。PCNA在胶质细胞瘤中的高表达率为80%，正常脑组织中未见高表达率。两者比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。PCNA的高表达与胶质细胞瘤分化有关(P<0.05)。结论 基因p16和PCNA表达异常是胶质细胞瘤产生的机制之一，与胶质细胞瘤的发生及发展有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of gene p16 and PCNA and to demonstrate their expression difference in glioma and in normal brain tissue and to evaluate its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry methods were used to analyze the expression of PCNA and p16 in glioma and in normal brain tissue.Results The rate of p16 positive expression in normal brain tissue and glioma were 100% and 52.5% respectively.There was significant difference between brain normal tissue and glioma (P<0.001),and it was related to the differentiation of glioma.PCNA was higher expression in glioma compared with normal brain tissue(P<0.001) ......
