【摘要】 目的 探讨经内镜金属钛夹止血治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法 2000年7月～2004年3月应用Olympus GIF130电子胃镜、Olympus钛夹(MD850型)及推送器(HX-5LR-I)止血治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血41例。结果 41例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者应用经内镜金属钛夹止血治疗，即时止血率达100%。41例患者共用金属夹92枚，平均每例224枚。结论 应用经内镜金属钛夹止血是治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的有效方法。【关键词】 上消化道出血；治疗；金属钛夹
Treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding with endoscopic hemoclipping

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate retrospectively the outcomes of treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding with endoscopic hemoclipping.Methods Forty one cases suffered from acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding between July 2000 and March 2004 were managed by electronic gastroscopy and hemoclipping protocol.Results All the acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the cases had been stopped immediately by electronic gastroscopy and hemoclipping protocol after therapy.During the treatment,92 clips were used and average 2.24 for each patient;and no complications had happened.Conclusion The electronic gastroscopy and hemoclipping protocol is appropriate for treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. ......
