乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的血氧及血流微量检测临床研究

     【摘要】 目的 研究乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中的血氧及血流量值的微量改变,并分析其临床意义。方法 选择病例共185例,包括乳腺癌35例,乳腺良性肿瘤48例,乳腺增生102例为研究对象。全部患者均于手术前测定乳腺肿瘤的血氧及血流值的微量改变,并与手术后的病理结果相对照。结果 35例乳腺癌中符合“高血低氧”者30例,符合率为85.71%,不符合5例。48例乳腺增生中符合“非高血低氧”40例,符合率为83.33%,不符合8例。102例乳腺良性肿瘤中,符合“非高血低氧”92例,符合率90.19%,不符合10例。三组符合率对比,P均<0.05。结论 在不同性质的乳腺肿瘤中,血氧及血流量值有着明显的微量改变。及时检测并进行动态分析,是无损检测早期乳腺癌的新途径。

    Study on minimal change of blood oxygen and blood flux in breast carcinoid and malignant tumor

    【Abstract】 Objective To study minimal change of blood oxygen and blood flux in breast carcinoids and malignant tumor.Methods 185 cases was studied,about breast cancer 35 cases,breast carcinoids 48 cases,and breast hyperplasia 102 cases.All patients detected by minimal change of blood oxygen and blood flux in operat front and behind,doing comparison with pathology conclusion.Results In 35 cases of breast cancer,exhibition “high blood flux low blood oxygen”,accord rate:85.71%,In breast carcinoids 48 cases,exhibition “non-high blood flux low blood oxygen”accord rate 83.33%.In breast hyperplasia 102 cases,exhibition“non-high blood flux low blood oxygen”accord rate:90.19%.Conclusion In different breast tumors,there is evidence different in blood oxygen and blood flux.It is a new means to diagnose early breast cancer with detect and analyses it. ......
